While I have not created a business, I have served in a number of business roles ranging from pricing and licensing software to serving as a Finance leader for software businesses to consulting with organizations to align their organization's strategy to their culture, leadership, and talent.

I have taught at Seattle Pacific Unioversity for the last thirteen years in its Masters and PhD program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I also was involved in training and development, mainly leaders and managers, at Microsoft and Grameen Foundation.

I spent six years working at Grameen Foundation, an organization focused on helping the poorest in the world create a world without poverty for themselves.
