I don't have any programs to offer, but I'm qualified to tutor on literature, history (any subject) and other social sciences (economics, government, civics...). I can also mentor, coach, advise etc. NGO organizations and donor-funders around program design, strategy, measurement, evaluation, knowledge management, etc. etc.
