Cascade Community Connections provides professional services to local businesses and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We could provide mentorship opportunities, job shadows, or internships for youth who are interested in the social service/non-profit field. Job shadows and/or mentorship could be office related or field work or a combination of both.
