Briefly describe the program, volunteer work, or partnerships you or your organization may offer.
I am an educator and writer. Many years ago I was a middle school language arts teacher at Blue Heron. I teach part-time, adjunct at the college level, both in community colleges and with University of Washington study-abroad programs in Rome. I have been a visiting writer in the schools, and I organized an all-girl homeschool style program at Fort Worden for two years. I currently tutor part time at Blue Heron, participate on the board of the Jefferson Clemente program, and I write in the mornings. I'm a poet, and my first book was published by Able Muse Press in 2014.
