Have held successful teaching positions over the past 15 years covering the full range of Social Studies in three states including several school related responsibilities and duties including holding the position of History Department Chair overseeing 17 teachers and staff in the Social Studies Department, served as an advisor in the Teacher Mentoring Program for three years, sponsoring teacher of Putnam City High School’s branch of the YMCA Youth and Government Club, and facilitator for weekly teacher professional development meetings.
Currently working on a Masters in Education in secondary Curriculum Design and Instruction.
