You have indicated an expertise in Business Creation and Administration
My experience is very specific: consulting with owners of family enterprises and their family members on succession planning. That focuses on how to decide who will take charge in the next generation. No, it's not sufficient in a well-run business or family for father to anoint the oldest son. My work covered highly difficult issues including communications in the family, sibling rivalry, competence, estate planning, etc -- issues that can disrupt family relationships if not planned well.
You have indicated an expertise in Media and Publishing
From the mid-1950s to mid-1960s I was a writer and producer of news programs, discussion shows, and documentary films in television at NBC, Metromedia and National Educational Television (predecessor to PBS) in New York and Washington, DC. Although this is ancient history in relation to current tv there are things to be learned from my experience and that history. Later I was an editor and publisher of highly focused journals.
