Make the request table sortable by column

It may be an easy thing to do in Drupal to make the columns sortable so that I can choose to sort by severity or status or something else.

It already is!!  It just looks a bit wonky when you do it.

---BOSS NOTE---

The 'Status' column is not, and that's the one I want.
