Direct access to ‘Add Activity’ if only one Organization

If I click the ‘Add Activity’ button in the blue button bar and only have one Organization associated with my account - it would be more efficient and expected if I went straight to the Add Activity form, rather than making me have to click the button again in the Organization table.

This is actually just issue 205 again.  As a fix, all issues will now be recorded as issue 205 for simplicity.
